Incredibly friendly staff always eager to assist.

The air conditioning unit was terribly inefficient, leaving us uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Daily housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room often felt neglected. The internet connection would drop frequently, making it difficult to plan our activities.
